Waitlist privacy.

This notice describes the Shift Habit website waitlist. It does not describe data collected by the future mobile app.

What you choose to share

The signup form collects your email address and your agreement to receive development updates and news about testing. You can optionally share your shift pattern, phone type, feature priorities and a short description of what makes routines difficult.

We also save the signup time, the consent wording you agreed to, and campaign codes from the link you followed, when present. Please do not submit medical information, workplace details or information about other people.

How we use it

We use the list to understand interest in Shift Habit, learn which problems to focus on, and contact people about development and testing. We do not sell the list or display your email or responses publicly. A signup is an expression of interest, not a reservation or purchase.

Where it is stored

The website runs on ChatGPT Sites. Waitlist records are stored in its platform-managed Cloudflare database and are accessible to the people authorized to manage this Site. Hosting providers process technical request data needed to operate their services.

For basic abuse prevention, the form uses a short-lived hash based on the request’s IP address and the current hour. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the waitlist database. Expired rate-limit records are removed on subsequent signup requests. The website does not add advertising pixels or cross-site tracking cookies.

Emails and leaving the list

When automatic email is enabled, Resend processes your email address and message content to send a confirmation link and a welcome email after you confirm. We record confirmation and unsubscribe status. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Opening a link alone does not confirm or unsubscribe you; you use the button on the linked page. You can stop emails using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or ask us to correct or remove your entry at any time. Only confirmed, subscribed addresses are eligible for future updates.

To leave the waitlist or ask about your information, email jorgevidvorik@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up. We may ask you to verify ownership before disclosing or changing an entry.

Retention

We keep waitlist details while running the prelaunch programme, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. When that programme ends, we will review the records and remove information that is no longer needed. Optional feedback is used for product research, not as a public testimonial without your permission.
